When the DC resistance under the same conditions, the weighth of CCAW is QAW
(copper wire) half.
Evidence 1: DC resistance of CCAW 1.5times bigger than QAW. In other words.
When DC resistance under the same conditions, the volume of CCAW must be bigger 1.5
times than QAW
Evidence 2: the density of CCAW is QAW 1/3

Under the same conditions of CCAW'S length, transformer core or number of turns,
The wire diameter of CCAW is thicker 1.225 times than QAW

In the use of high frequency state, if we want to make the same effort, wo can keep the wire
diamter of CCAW be thinner 1.225 times than QAW, or even we can keep the sectional area
unchange
We changed the wire piles from single to double or several, this approach base on the high
frequency current skin-effect
That is: when the alternating current pass through the conductor, the induction effect can
cause an uneven ditribution of current the closer to the conductor surface , the density is
more higher. This phenomennon is called "skin effect"
When the high frequency current pass through the conductor,we can think the current only
pass through the thinner layer of the wire surfance
this is the same effect with the way of reducing the sectional area , increasing the resistance.
In the case of hardly pass through the central part ,we can get rid of this part in theory to
save the cost we really have changed the material from copper to aluminum. The effect should
be better than before
tha is to say: we only need thicker the wire , no need to insist on the view of 1.225tims
between CCAW & QAW
Even , we can make sure that under the conditions of unchanged sectional area , we change
the wire from single pile to double or several

ccaw is 15%
then the weighth ratio =(8.9*0.10)/(2.7*0.9)=0.366 =2.679/7.321
he density ratio=(2.7*0.9+8.9*0.1)/8.9=0.373≈1/3

In the case of CCAW's unit pirce is same with QAW, we also can save the cost 50%
because the standard weigth can reduce 50% or above during using the CCAW
In one word, because of these above reasons , to promote the use of CCAW will have great
benefits in all directions
