YanTai ChunYuan Electronics Co., Ltd. is located in Yantai City, Shandong Province. It is a professional factory engaged in enameled 

wire, mainly producing copper clad aluminum enameled wire (CCAW WIRE), flat wire enameled wire, super fine copper wire, 

self-adhesive wire, tinned copper wire etc..

At present, the main customers include Indonesia LG, Korean Samsung ElectroMechanics, Dongguan Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Shanghai Philips lighting and other domestic and foreign enterprises.

In the year of 2010, the company started to cooperate with the audio division of Indonesia LG, and successfully applied copper 

clad aluminum enameled wire (CCAW wire) with stereo equipment.

In July of 2012, jointly with Samsung Electro Mechanics, we started to develop copper clad aluminum enameled wire applied in 

TV power supply. In December of 2012 the copper aluminum enameled wire was successfully used in Samsung TV transformer, 

saving the cost by 45%!

At the same time, our company stepped into the territory of energy-saving lamps.

In July of 2013, we passed the review of Philips and became the only supplier of copper clad aluminum enameled wire for Philips

transformer in the world.

While cost effective remains an important standard, electronic products are becoming smaller and smaller in size and higher and 

higher in quality. Complying with this trend, our company accelerated the project of flat enameled wire and super fine copper wire,

which were approved by Samsung Electro Mechanics in the year of 2015 and became a formal supplier for Samsung in the same year. 

The products of our company have passed many certifications such as American UL, ROHS and SGS.

The quality, environment and occupational health safety of the company have passed the ISO90012000, ISO140012004 and 

OHSAS18001 certifications respectively.

We produce copper clad aluminum enameled wire ranging from Ø 0.035mm~Ø1.2mm and super fine copper wire from 0.018Ø mm~Ø 0.1mm.

Range of super fine self-adhesive wire is 0.018 mm~ 0.12mm, product type include SBUEW130,155,180,200.

Fine enameled copper flat wire product types include: UEW, PIW AIW EI/AIW, EIW, SEIW and SBUEW. Specifications: sectional area

under 1.5 mm², width from 0.5 to 3.5mm, thickness from 0.1 to 0.5mm, maximum width/thickness ratio of 15.
